Scenic trail
A climb is never too long; it is only too empty. So the stopping is built into the bend: one timber terrace pushed out over the ridge carries the star, the reed heart and the piano stairs on the same ground — one person sits inside the bamboo star, two sit inside the reed heart, and the white keys climb until the clouds rest on the last step. Above them the summit keeps a single piece: a silver ladder holding a golden moon against the open sky. Nobody reaches it; everybody looks up.

-
×1Landmark
Ladder to the moonThe only piece on the summit, and a photo backdrop only: people walk up to its foot and look up. Nobody climbs it.
-
×1Mid-route
Piano stairsThe tallest piece on the terrace, and it is meant to be climbed: up the keys with a hand on the white rail to the small landing at the top, where the clouds stop overhead.

×1Mid-route
Reed heartThe heart is aimed at the valley and a timber bench spans its opening: two people sit down and the mountains are inside the heart with them.
-
×1Up close
The starThe outermost piece on the terrace: three bamboo steps up, then sit in the pentagon at its centre with your legs over the sill and the far ridges in front of you.
