Can you build to my drawing or my theme?
Yes. Send the drawing or a reference photo. We size each piece to your ground and match the theme you already use.
Do you sell single pieces?
Yes. We normally plan your whole site as one set; single pieces are fine too, but a whole-site set is what makes the flow and the look hold together.
How is it packed and installed?
Pieces go knocked down. Assembly guides and install videos go with the cargo. Your team installs; we guide remotely.
What products does QIXIANG offer?
Our main lines now are inflatables (castles, slides, obstacle runs, water slides and water parks) and kids' ride-on cars, alongside photo spots and non-powered play. Inflatables can be ordered on their own, sized to your site, and ship consolidated (LCL) with other cargo.
What are your inflatables made of? Can the blower match our voltage?
Our bouncy castles, slides, obstacle runs and water slides use flame-retardant Plato-brand PVC tarpaulin in 0.48 mm and 0.55 mm. Blowers are supplied for your country's voltage (we use export blowers), and repair patches come with the order. Our kids' ride-on cars run on batteries; mains power is only used for charging.
What should I prepare for a first enquiry?
Send one photo of the spot. Add the destination port when you have it.
Can I arrange a factory visit?
Factory visits are arranged by WhatsApp or email. Tell us the week you will be in Zhengzhou and we confirm a date.
How do we pay? What deposit is needed?
Formal orders normally use a 30% deposit by bank transfer, with the balance paid before shipment. Large orders may use an agreed staged schedule. Bank details are only provided on the proforma invoice.
Does the order include overseas installation?
The order can include installation guides, the assembly sequence, and remote guidance on WhatsApp or email. Foundation, lifting, labour and power on site are the buyer's scope, written into the quotation.
How long are production and packing?
It depends on the piece and the size of your set. Exact dates go into the contract.
What happens if something arrives damaged, or fails later?
Every shipment is photographed before packing and the photos go with the packing list. If it arrives damaged, or a weld, coat or joint fails in normal use, send photographs and we remake the affected part.
Can you make pieces that are not in these examples?
Yes. The examples are a starting point; pieces, sizes, themes and colours are all made to the site. Send a photo of the area and we come back with a size that fits.
Do you export in your own name? How do customs filing and payment work?
Orders go through a licensed Chinese export agent: the agent handles the export declaration and the receipt. Agent fee, export packing, inland haulage and origin documents are itemised on the quotation as estimates. Formal orders: 30% deposit by bank transfer, balance before dispatch.
